There’s Death Metal, Thrash, Nu, Progressive music and then there’s Thierry Mugler’s lush, sci-fi, future conscious metal wear. The uber-sexy pieces were rendered ever so eloquently by stylist, Karl Templer on Saskia de Brauw and Elise Crombez’s bodies of work. Feast your eyes on this here Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott’s decadent and futuristic ‘Metal Headz’ editorial in the March 2012 issue of Interview magazine. In this, the past informs the future and the future informs the past, much like history coming to a full circle, yet infinite, because time is never ending. Is that why they say it’s all just an illusion?
